Why recognition matters
Young Africans are not waiting to inherit the future. They are actively building it.
Across the continent, young people are serving communities, creating practical solutions, building enterprises, expressing powerful stories through art, and excelling in sport with discipline and pride. These awards shine a light on their purpose and amplify their work.
Five ways to lead
Each category honours measurable achievement as well as the character and influence behind it.
